A harness differs from a collar in that it takes the strain off of your dog’s neck and distributes it either across his/her chest or back. The main benefit of a harness is that it prevents injuries to your dog’s trachea, especially if he/she has a tendency to pull on the leash.

SIZING GUIDE – BOLD HARNESS
How to Measure – Finding the perfect fit can be tricky. Luckily, just like dogs, our Walk essentials come in all shapes and sizes. Check out our team’s recommendations for the style and size best suited to your pup!
Neck – Using a soft tape measure, begin measuring at the widest part of your pup’s neck (for most dogs, this will be nearest their shoulders). Place two fingers perpendicularly between your dog’s neck and the tape measure to ensure a comfortable fit.
Chest – Next, use the soft tape measure to measure at the widest part of your pup’s chest (for most dogs, this will be at the middle of their rib cage). Place 2 fingers perpendicularly between your dog’s body and the tape measure to ensure a comfortable fit.
