Return And Refunds

PawsIndia exists only to fulfill one goal - to help pets and their parents live harmoniously and lead a happy, healthy life. We strive to deliver a unique product range with an assortment of products sourced from the best manufacturers in the country and abroad.

With our policies, we aim to build a healthy long-term relationship based on trust with you. These policies are developed to assure you that, subject to the following conditions, if any product purchased from PawsIndia is flawed or not suitable for you/your pet, we'll happily repair or replace the merchandise or provide you with a store credit for your return.

If you alter your mind on a product you purchased from us, within 7 days of the order being delivered, provided the merchandise and associated packaging received by PawsIndia is in its original condition and is re-saleable you can get it returned for an exchange or a store credit.

In the event you placed an order and need to cancel it before the shipment has been dispatched, please note that store credit is going to be provided.

We don't provide any refunds for returns/exchanges.

Return Eligibility.

The following items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item has been received by the customer in a damaged or faulty condition:

  • Edible and perishable items like food, treats, supplements.
  • Toys
  • Any personalised product, personalised engraved identification tag, etc.
  • Bedding, crates, pens, mats, beds, blankets, tipi tents, etc.
  • Cat litter, trays & accessories
  • Cat furniture and scratchers
  • Grooming Products

However, please note the list above isn't exhaustive. There could also be other individual products that are non-returnable unless damaged. Products pages describe better whether a product is returnable or not.

PawsIndia's discretion for non-returnable items.

If the item is non-returnable, it'll be at the discretion of PawsIndia to simply accept a return or not. Therein case, a return fee may be applied. This can amount to the delivery fee incurred to organise the return or otherwise deemed appropriate by PawsIndia. This can be communicated to you at the time of processing the return request for your approval before confirming the return or exchange.

In addition to the above, returns or exchanges won't be accepted within the following circumstances:

  • Any return request that's submitted post 7 days of the order being delivered.
  • The product has been altered or used in any way or form.
  • There has been an incorrect use of the product by you and it has been damaged due to abnormal usage.
  • The returned product doesn't have the first packaging, labels, etc. or if the first packaging has been damaged e.g. torn.

Note that just in case the merchandise for exchange is unavailable, store credit is going to be offered.

Receiving a returned item.

Please note, if we do receive an item without the first packaging or if the merchandise is received damaged or dirty, or used, there'll be no store credit issued to you or the merchandise exchanged (unless defective). you'll have the choice of getting the item shipped back to you at your own cost, otherwise, the merchandise is going to be donated.

This will be determined at the time the merchandise is received at the PawsIndia warehouse for investigation.

Orders rejected upon delivery.

No refunds would be issued if you reject an order upon delivery. We'll issue store credits once the returned parcel has reached our warehouse and has been investigated. If there's any damage to the item or the item is lost in transit for return, you'd be liable for an equivalent. PawsIndia has full discretion on treating this on a case-by-case basis for an alternative resolution.

Please note during this case, any shipping fees and return shipping fees are going to be deducted from any store credit that's issued.

Store Credit.

- How will I receive this?

Store credits are provided in the form of a coupon code. The coupon code won't work with other discount codes or bundles/combo deals applied and can only be valid for 1 month.

Please note, when using your coupon code, please make sure that it's utilized in one transaction as any leftover amount wouldn't carry over.

- When will I receive this?

After you've got placed your return request, your exchange/store credit will only be issued once we've received the merchandise in our warehouse. this will take anywhere from 2-3 days in Mumbai to 8-14 days for outdoor Mumbai counting on the courier.

- Amount of store credit.

If you've used a coupon code in your initial purchase, then please note this amount won't be returned by way of store credit. The sole amount that might be provided as a store credit would be the quantity applicable paid by you over and above any coupon applied. The delivery fees paid by you within the initial purchase aren't eligible for any store credit. the shop credit is strictly limited to the worth of the merchandise. Whilst your first exchange is free, and subsequent exchanges on an equivalent order will attract a delivery fee of flat Rs 100 and would be offset against your store credit.

Return Process.

Please log your return request with us through our portal here and then we can co-ordinate with you from thereafter with processing your request.

If for a few reasons we are unable to possess the item picked up from your location, it'll be your responsibility to ship the item to us at the subsequent address:

Once the item has been received at our warehouse, we will process the return/exchange for you. Please note any delivery fees incurred by you in returning the things are at your own cost and non-refundable by PawsIndia.
