We ship only in India and for domestic (India) buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. (Pawsindia.com) is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Pawsindia.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Rs. 99 applicable for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method.

All order cancellations will be handled as per our Standard Cancellation Policy

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Cash payment mode orders will be cancelled for non-receipt of cash within 48 hours from the time of placing the order. Cheque payment mode orders will be cancelled if cheque is not deposited or intimation of the same is not given to us within 48 hours from the time of placing the order.
Cancellation by Customer:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
- If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same
- If you received the product,it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
Reverse pick up to be authorized for order exchange.
If you wish exchange a defective product or a wrong item that has been shipped out. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can promptly assist you. We will have the parcel collected from you, and have the exchanged products sent at the earliest possible.
In order to get a defective item replaced, contact Care via contact us Page or call on +91-9930306261, within 30 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.
Ship and Delivery
Your order gets shipped in 1-3 days of order placement and take 5-7 days on delivery depending on your location.
